Shipping & Handling

Most orders require 2 business days to process.  No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.  Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post and generally take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.  International orders take considerably longer depending on your location. 

International Orders

International orders are shipped via carrier specified by the customer and is billed to customer.  Please note that customs/import duties and taxes are charged by the destination country. These charges are out of our control and are the buyer's sole responsibility.  It is recommended that you first contact your local customs office to inquire before placing an order.   

Sales Tax

By law, items sold in Canada will be charged GST and the applicable HST/PST for the appropriate province/territory.  US orders are subject to the applicable state taxes.   

PLEASE NOTE :  All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).  We accept, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

Back Orders

In cases where an item is out of stock, we will notify customers of the delay and issue an estimated restock date.   


Due to the nature of our handmade product line, slight imperfections or irregularities may be present and the items may differ slightly from the images on the website.   Minor variations in colour, shape, length and size may occur.  Although every effort is made to accurately represent dimensions and measurements, some items differ slightly.  Primates A-Go-Go is happy to exchange any item for the same piece (providing there is stock) and an RA# has been requested and issued within 30 days of original order date.  

Defective merchandise or items damaged in shipping may be returned within 15 days of delivery date in exchange for the same item only.  Primates A-Go-Go will cover the cost of freight on the replacement item(s).  


Primates A-Go-Go accepts for full refund or exchange, items that have not been worn, washed or damaged and are returned in their original packaging with tags attached.  All returned items must be accompanied by an RA# and received within 30 days from original shipping date. 

Return Authorization #

To request an RA# please go to the Contact page and type in your request, stating the reason and reference the Invoice number.

All returned items for exchange or refund must be received in the original condition and packaging with the RA# marked clearly on package. 

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. 

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Primates A-Go-Go reserves the right to restrict or disallow exchanges or refunds at our discretion.  We accept returns for full refund of the cost of the product only within 15 days of delivery date.  Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
